About UMANG & Tournament

STMS manages registration, verification, QR identity, accommodation, dining, and match scoring for the championship at Government Polytechnic Gaya.

Tournament Vision & Objectives

UMANG 2027 brings together over 500 athletes from many polytechnic colleges across Magadh Division. Historically, managing paper works, manual room allotments, and offline scorekeeping led to delays and registration bottlenecks and many times flase details get entered. STMS was designed as a modern platform to provide total transparency, real-time logistics tracking, and verified participant lifecycle.

Single Source of Truth: One participant record powers room allotment, meal tickets, and official match sheets.
Elimination of Impersonation: Instant QR badge scan linked with verified college bonafide records and photo IDs.
Automated Hostels & Dining: Automated bed allocations and zero-waste dining management via real-time scanner kiosks.
